Historic Harrisburg Association is proud to announce our first ever Holiday Window Contest, using the monumental Romanesque windows at the Historic Harrisburg Resource Center. There will be six windows available for local organizations and individuals to create a delightful holiday experience for anyone that walks around Third and Verbeke Street to enjoy. There is no cost to participate and prizes will be awarded our first winner and the people’s choice. Results of judging and voting will be announced on Sunday, December 11, during Historic Harrisburg’s 43rd Annual Candlelight House Tour. After that, the windows will remain decorated for an enjoyable holiday walk anytime between then and the end of the year. What a great way to enjoy the best of Third and Verbeke Street and get into the holiday spirit!
This could not have been possible without the sponsorship and support of DocuScript, the Millworks, Stephen Baldwin & Hon. Ben Allatt, and Bryan & Lisa Boas.
If you want to reserve a window (first come, first served), please contact Christopher Zyroll, HHA Membership Director and Gallery Manager, at 717.233.4646 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements or to get further information.
